For the www.vw.co.za site i created a banner server:
- dynamically created via xml
- loads banners sequentially [swf, jpgs] but allows the user to break the sequence
- if an error occurs loading a banner the sequence simply moves on to the next banner
- displays banners sequentially but allows the user to break the sequence
- indicates how long the banner is gonna be displayed for and allows the user to pause/unpause

Just completed this simple countdown timer for the release of the new Audi Q7.
Both release time and current time are passed to flash via FlashVars, but Flash can also init itself by hardcoded default times.

This was one of my favorite as well as one of the most stressful projects i’ve ever worked on. It was a huge pitch that had the whole agency running about.
2 days before the client arrives and i havent completed it, so i work through the night, hit a flv component/ loadMovie bug at 6 in morning and eventually have the project ready for viewing as well as distribution on mini iPods. A 36hr day. Nice!
The awesome 3D was done by the talented David Orridge.
